It’s WWII and Joe Keller and Steve Deever run a machine shop that makes airplane parts for the army. When the shop turns out defective parts, Keller and Deever are tried and sent to prison, but Keller gets his conviction overturned and even makes a lot of money… but his crimes come back to haunt him.

This classic, written by one of America’s most beloved dramatists, delves into complex human drives.

Thayer Kitchen directs the piece, which runs: Thursday, March 7 at 7:30 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, March 8 and 9 with performances at 8 p.m.; and March 10 at 2 p.m.

The Burton Leavitt Theatre is located in downtown Willimantic at 779 Main St.

Tickets are $17 for adults; $14 for students/seniors (age 60+); $10 for children under age 12; and $12 for UConn/ECSU/QVCC college students.
